Phillip
Blue Toro Mobile Mechanics Shellharbour is run by owner-mechanic Phil. With years of experience he loves fixing problems others can’t. Phil spends his spare time restoring old VW’s and Mini’s and is currently building a new house in Shellharbour. He adopted his passion for cars and all things mechanical from his grandfather who owned a company building kit cars. Phil is an all-rounder but especially enjoys European vehicles.
