  • WHAT ARE BLUE TORO'S OPERATING HOURS?

    8am-5pm Monday to Friday. 8am-1pm Saturday.

  • ARE YOU A BREAKDOWN SERVICE?

    While we have helped many customers who have broken down, we are a full mechanical workshop offering services and all vehicle repairs.

  • CAN BLUE TORO PROVIDE LOGBOOK SERVICES FOR NEW CARS? WHAT ABOUT MY WARRANTY?

    Despite what the new car dealer may want you to think, your new car warranty is not impacted if your vehicle is serviced according to your vehicles logbook and stamped by a licenced repairer. Blue Toro service many new cars, including fleet vehicles.

  • DOES BLUE TORO PROVIDE A WARRANTY?

    Yes. All of our work is backed by Blue Toro’s 12-month/ 20,000km parts and labour warranty. Yet unlike other mechanical services we don’t need to use it as we always get the job right first time around.

  • CAN BLUE TORO COMPLETE LARGER REPAIR WORK ON SITE?

    Our vans are fully equipped workshops so we can conduct most repairs on site. For select larger jobs we may take vehicles to a partner workshop, but we’ll do the running around for you at no extra charge – so you can get on with your day.

  • CAN BLUE TORO REPAIR MY MOTORBIKE, SCOOTER, OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE?

    Yes. Blue Toro are equipped and experienced in performing services and repairs for all vehicle types. We even do the odd tractor, caravan and trailer.

  • Are your Mechanics qualified and experienced?

    Yes. We only work with the best. All of our mechanics have more than 8 years experience and have additional experience in diagnostics so they can help get you back on the road sooner. No apprentices. No rookies.

  • Are your workers contractors or employees?

    Neither. All of our mechanics own their own Blue Toro franchise. As owner-operators they take pride in growing their business and building long-term relationships with their customers. Your Blue Toro mechanic will get to know you and your vehicle.

  • How much will it cost?

    Services are a fixed rate. For repairs we charge a $120 call-out fee, which includes the first 30mins of diagnosis and repair. Many faults can be rectified in this time. If additional work is required we will always provide you with an estimate up-front and provide a detailed explanation of the work required on your vehicle. We ensure we have your approval prior to proceeding so you stay in control.

  • Does the convenience of mobile cost more?

    No. As we have lower overheads than a workshop our customers often find that our services and repairs can be less than a workshop. And once you add up the cost of your time getting to and from a workshop, it’s a no-brainer.

  • Do you charge for travel time and getting parts?

    No. We only charge for the time spent on your vehicle.
