Yes. All of our work is backed by Blue Toro’s 12-month/ 20,000km parts and labour warranty. Yet unlike other mechanical services we don’t need to use it as we always get the job right first time around.
Our vans are fully equipped workshops so we can conduct most repairs on site. For select larger jobs we may take vehicles to a partner workshop, but we’ll do the running around for you at no extra charge – so you can get on with your day.
Yes. Blue Toro are equipped and experienced in performing services and repairs for all vehicle types. We even do the odd tractor, caravan and trailer.
Yes. We only work with the best. All of our mechanics have more than 8 years experience and have additional experience in diagnostics so they can help get you back on the road sooner. No apprentices. No rookies.
Neither. All of our mechanics own their own Blue Toro franchise. As owner-operators they take pride in growing their business and building long-term relationships with their customers. Your Blue Toro mechanic will get to know you and your vehicle.
Services are a fixed rate. For repairs we charge a $120 call-out fee, which includes the first 30mins of diagnosis and repair. Many faults can be rectified in this time. If additional work is required we will always provide you with an estimate up-front and provide a detailed explanation of the work required on your vehicle. We ensure we have your approval prior to proceeding so you stay in control.
No. As we have lower overheads than a workshop our customers often find that our services and repairs can be less than a workshop. And once you add up the cost of your time getting to and from a workshop, it’s a no-brainer.
No. We only charge for the time spent on your vehicle.
