Blue Toro Mobile Mechanics Blue Mountains is run by owner-mechanic Darren. With more than 20 years of experience he loves fixing problems others can’t. Darren’s favourite car is a Datsun 1600. He spends his spare time tinkering on his Datsun and coaching kids at the Blue Mountains Athletics Club. He thinks the best thing about being a mechanic is the reward of a happy customer. His best advice to customers is to “always keep servicing up to date”.

When purchasing a new car, instead of taking the option of a free service, ask the dealer to take the servicing cost off the purchase price of your car. You then have the option of finding an independent mechanic who may be able to offer a better service and price, leaving you ahead.

Darren worked on my Alfa Romeo a number of times including the brakes which were (by design) very tricky and time consuming.
