I'm not one too usually make a fuss over the quality or level of service I receive, but credit is due where credit is earnt. And unrxpectingly the "old school" traditional customer service is not yet dead thanks to my recent encounter with Jacob from Perth. I have used the same mechanic for over 5 years, but he wasn't available this time. Luckily Google had an answer. Jacob from Perth was AMAZING not only did he make time for my concerns that day, but the level of professionalism and service that is carried out is a credit too him. He's an honest reliable, no nonsense mechanic who has all the knowledge and uses only the best quality products for your car. Do yourself a favour and book in with Jacob for your next service. The price is right, the level of work carried out is impeccable and his customer service skills... Well there just as good too. One extremely happy customer here and I'll be making sure I tell everyone about his services! So what are you waiting for..?
